We offer a comprehensive three-course curriculum in the art of rope bondage, taking you from a simple wrist tie to advanced dynamic suspensions. Each course meets once a week (twice for Beginner class) from 7pm to 9pm for 12 weeks. We draw heavily from Japanese Kinbaku but include elements from western styles as well. From time to time we may also bring in guests from around the world to offer weekend intensives.
Our instructors and staff work on a volunteer basis and do what they do because they love rope. This keeps our costs to the bare minimum, allowing us to outreach to as many in the community as possible. Prices shown are per-couple.
Meets Mondays and Wednesdays. The Wednesday class is a repeat of Monday. You may attend either night. The course sets a solid foundation for floor work and includes single and double column ties, simple chest and hip harnesses, rope handling techniques, chair bondage, hog ties and more. You will receive a rope kit including six lengths of rope, a Denver Bound rope bag, and safety shears.
Meets Tuesdays. This course explores more advanced floor techniques including additional hip harnesses, decorative ties (karada), gravity boots, fetish ties, and the iconic Takate Kote (TK) chest harness. Bamboo and partial suspensions are introduced.
Meets Thursdays. It's time to leave the floor behind. This course is all about flying in rope: side suspensions, the Lotus suspension, inversions, dynamic suspensions, and transitions. A modified TK and tips for putting together a suspension to be photographed are also covered.
