I started my studies in the lifestyle in Germany, My House "Der Stamm Verdammt Seelen.” Franz was my mentor, from 1973 - 1977. I have spent time learning from others in Mexico, Canada, and U.S. In 2007 I was invited to Japan and studied with Osada Steve in Tokyo”

RaggedKnot has been practicing the art of rope tying for almost 10 years. I currently serve as one of owners of Denver Bound and one of its performance members. I have been teaching with the group for eight years and am constantly working on improving my skills. I love working with and teaching with Denver Bound because of its commitment to practicing rope tying with safety in mind while always having fun.

Rui, a self-proclaimed weeb from Colorado, is a rope top whose journey into the world of rope began with a deep appreciation for Japanese culture, an amazing wife, and an adventurous friend. His exploration of kink led him to enroll in classes at Denver Bound, where his initial interest blossomed into a true passion. He has discovered his niche in creating connective and caring rope experiences while also embracing his sadistic side. Today, he proudly serves as a partner at Denver Bound.
