1. No Refunds: We do not offer refunds for any of our classes or workshops. Once you have made a payment, it is non-refundable.

2. Payment Transfer: In the event that you are unable to attend a class or workshop that you have already paid for, you may request to transfer your payment to a future class session. This transfer can only be done once and must be requested at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or workshop.

3. Class Rescheduling: If you are unable to attend a class or workshop and have already made a payment, you may request to reschedule to a future class session. This request must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled class or workshop. Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability.

4. Cancellation by Denver Bound: In the unlikely event that we need to cancel a class or workshop, you will be notified as soon as possible. In such cases, you will have the option to transfer your payment to a future class session or receive a full refund.

5. Non-Transferable: Payments made for classes or workshops are non-transferable to other individuals. They can only be applied to future class sessions for the same person who made the original payment.

6. No Show: If you fail to attend a class or workshop without prior notice or request for rescheduling, your payment will be forfeited, and no transfer or refund will be provided.
